This Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) project was located in The Rancho District located in the city of Burbank. Our team of designers created the concept for this and made the architectural set of plans for this project. We assisted in the planning and permitting for this project as well to make this process a breeze for the client. We converted this roughly 400' SQFT garage into a chic studio, fit perfectly for a person or a couple. ADU's are a great way to add value to your property as well as creating a monthly income source.
