As part of a larger triplex conversion, Coast Builders Group fully remodeled this existing North Hollywood duplex, bringing every system and surface up to modern standards while preserving the charm of its original character. From design concept to final construction, our team handled the entire process, carefully updating the layout, finishes, and infrastructure to meet current codes and client needs.

The goal was to strike a balance between contemporary comfort and timeless appeal. We modernized kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces with clean lines, new materials, and improved flow — while retaining key architectural details that give the building its unique identity. New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were installed, making the units fully code-compliant and energy-efficient.
